When Zdeněk Bakala announced on Sept. 11, 2004, that he was buying OKD from Viktor Koláček and Petr Otava, sitting next to Otava was Miloš Růžička of Bison & Rose. Růžička is now an adviser to Milan Chovanec of ČSSD, which has made him a frequent target of barbs from Andrej Babiš. Prague Regional Court issued a temporary injunction on Mon. ordering Babiš to watch his tongue when speaking about Bison & Rose. Babiš must refrain from saying that the PR agency is "influencing or controlling Czech TV, Economia publishers, the interior ministry or Czech PM Bohuslav Sobotka." In ANO's platform, Babiš indicates that Růžička and lawyer Radek Pokorný are the ones actually running the Czech government, not Sobotka. Babiš won't have to pull the document, though, because he is attacking Růžička personally, not his agency. Legally, you see, Růžička the political adviser has as much to do with Bison & Rose as Babiš the politician has to do with Agrofert. [Czech Republic RPG public relations prime minister Television]
