Hardly had the "Holešov Appeal" enjoyed its 15 minutes of fame before the ČMKOS labor organization butted in and declared itself to be the king of protest. Pumped up by their recent successes, both the Holešov Appeal and ProAlt told MFD that they aren't interested in being led around by any labor bosses. It's a familiar story. Integration on the Left isn't possible because of the personal ambitions of people like Jiří Paroubek and Miloš Zeman who have founded small parties, according to ČSSD Chair Bohuslav Sobotka in Pravo. And personal animosities and differences in approach have thwarted the efforts to bring together the many anti-corruption organizations.
