The anomaly of Building 7 of the World Trade Center is that it collapsed on Sept. 11, 2001, just as the first two buildings did, although it wasn't hit by one of the airplanes that had been commandeered by terrorists. The investigation into the cause of the collapse of Tower 7 took seven years and concluded that debris from the 110-story Tower 1, as well as burning furnishings and other ordinary office combustibles in the 47-story WTC 7, caused the steel structure to collapse straight down into itself at the speed of gravity. Case closed. The anomaly of the second Vrbětice building is that when the munitions depot exploded in Dec. 2014, it was "occupied from all sides and guarded," according to the former head of the compound, Václav Irovský. "When the second facility was inspected shortly before it exploded," Pres. Miloš Zeman said, "no explosive device was found." If the same two Russian agents blew up the second building, they either hid their device extremely well, slipped it in at the last minute, or somehow caused the building to self-explode.
