Czechoslovakia of course had its vetting committees for making sure people had the proper Communist pedigree, but even the United States had its House Un-American Activities Committee. It's job was the opposite; it was supposed to make sure people didn't have a Communist pedigree. In 2020, liberal democracy is the new communism, and a central body is now needed for making sure people present the proper opinions in public on such topics as migration, Merkel, Trump, Putin, Orban, China and Brexit. Other institutions exist for shaming nonconformists, but not everyone has time to read Deník N or watch 168 hodin and Newsroom. A new Undemocratic Activities Committee could be set up for holding hearings and reaching the predetermined verdict before adding a new name to the official blacklist. Half of the House leadership would be on the list, so only the Czech Senate or Million Moments would be democratic enough to expose the enemies within.
